Following his PhD in Computer Engineering with a specialisation in IT performance evaluation, Fabio gained long-standing consulting experience in IT architecture and process design while working with Accenture, SUN, HP, and national energy utility ENEL.

Fabio regularly lectures in Computer Systems Performance Evaluation at the Politecnico di Milano and is an expert in P2P network management.

In March 2007, Fabio was voted one of Italy's 30 most innovative entrepreneurs under the age of 50 by a panel of experts in the economic supplement of "Corriere della Sera", Italy's most important daily newspaper.
