Trophies

We are not, of course, talking about the Academy Awards (although we wouldn’t snub an invitation), but of the 2021 SC Awards, one of the most prestigious accolades in the cybersecurity industry.

Nearly 25 years, old, almost as old as Eskenzi PR, the SC Awards are among the handful of industry awards that stand out for the high judging standards and the integrity of the selection process, which every year honours the crème de la crème of security vendors with its unmistakable red and white badge.

Award entries are not the type of content our team fights over the right to draft. In fact, a short survey conducted by me on this morning’s Zoom meeting revealed that nearly 85% of the Eskenzi PR team would prefer unloading the office dishwasher for a week if that meant delegating the task to another team member.

However, it does seem that a quarter of a century of experience in writing award entries has taught Eskenzi PR a little something about how to make them stand out. Out of 11 clients for whom we submitted an entry for this years’ SC Awards, 9 made the shortlist, which was announced this week and saw members of the Eskenzi tribe scattered across categories from Best Vulnerability Management Solution to Best Customer Service.

This success speaks both to our team’s wordsmithing abilities and to our clients’ outstanding contribution to the cybersecurity industry. Their ability to innovate and remain relevant in a changing threat landscape is really what secures them a spot year on year.

Now dust off your evening gowns and polish your Zoom links: it’s going to be an exciting one to watch!
